Bought along with dryer about a month ago and we love it. Clothes seem to come out cleaner than with our previous washer. This washer does not tangle clothes like our previous HE washer did and has a fabric softener dispenser that our old washer did not - so handy It is also very quiet. Couldnt be happier

We had a store credit to replace our 3 yr old washer that broke. Decided to switch to this brand after reading good reviews. Its only been 11 days but I like it better than my old one which I liked until it had issues. The only thing I am disappointed on with this LG is there is not a warm rinse cycle choice.

When I bought my house a year ago it came with a washer and dryer. But they both had many limitations and the washer despite bring fairly new looking at least died a few months back. I bought this one... Holy capacity It has ALOT of room and power A word of warning if you are going to buy this washer consider replacing your utility sink if it is old and that is how it will be draining. The very first wash I did was so efficient it overperformed and flooded the sink Maybe I should be angry but Im not. It just gave me a push to replace the sink If you do a lot of laundry especially bedding this is your washer Quiet fast efficient I recommend it highly Even the quick wash setting is great

I bought this in November of last year and didnt have any problems with it until recently. They wanted me to be the repairman and try to fix it. After going back and forth with them and all the codes it was given me a repairman finally came over to see what the problem was. Come to find out -- the problem was the MOTHERBOARD --- and the part was backed ordered. DO not buy this product and PLEASE buy local. I am not blaming Lowes but one company delivers the product and another company comes and services them. I learned my lesson and will be buying local form now on.

My LG Wave-force 5.0 top load washer was 2 months shy of 11 years of continuous RUST. Note to new buyers dont ever use the Liquid Bleach dispenser to pour in your Clorox as I found theres a small air channel between the plastic dispenser thats adhered to the top of the metal leaving a void that collects the bleach causing it to start rusting. Theres a You Tube video available that teaches you how to lift the entire top up recommending to fill that void with silicon to help prevent rusting. My machine actually had some metal eaten away.
I ordered a new LG on April 30 delivered and installed today 5/5/22 11 am. I asked the installer if something went wrong with this do I have a 30 day return? Reply: 15 Days . He ran a short wash cycle to clear factory dust then said I could go ahead and use it after it was completed. I followed the directions for my small cold water dark load on speed wash and everything went just as Id anticipated. Then I put in my second load of mixed colors cold wash and pressed the top right *Extra Function: Hold 3 seconds Cold Wash *Signal. I heard a funny beeping pushed and held the Start button and got an immediate flashing CL display. Grabbed the instruction Manuel followed the guidelines of turning off unplugging from the outlet waited a few minutes plugged it back in but still produced the flashing CL. After 3 repeated attempts and finding nothing more as described in the manual I called the LG 800 number. That was a 45 minute conversation with the tech trying to find the proper guidelines in English to follow the procedure thats NOT described in the troubleshooting section Finally she tells me to press and hold the EXTRA RINSE *Control Lock. This did work and then I started over again with a cold water wash. My previous LG start button was a simple touch and go this model needs to be held for at least three seconds before it fires up. Not quite as easy to use as my last WaveForce but that particular model is now discontinued. Im hoping this machine lasts as long as my last LG because it served me well for the many years of use. Were it not for the immediate problem I encountered Id have given this 5 stars. I may change the review before my 15 day return policy is up tho. We shall see.

It has been years since I have had a new washer. And after much research I decided on the LG WT7150CW. This washer is absolutely fantastic. The non-agitator feature is wonderful because the load does not tangled. The washer machine senses the weight of the load and adjusts the water level according. Clothes come out cleaner

Have used my new washer a number of times and marvel of how it calculates how much water is needed for every load thus saving precious resources. The drum is very deep and the locking mechanism is a nice feature. The fabric and wash choices include everything you might want to clean. It is quiet and compact.

I had this washer for less than two weeks when it broke LG hired someone to come fix it but the wrong parts where ordered LG acted like they where trying to be helpful but all of their processes take 10 days for everything to be processed it took 3 months to get my washer back running after only having it for two weeks now that its fixed its a good washer and I really like it the experience was just not great

Washer keeps getting mold in it despite running cleaning cycle with afresh monthly and leaving top open after use. Had it cleaned after a year to remove mold and a year later another mold issue. Called LG they said mold is not their problem.

I bought this washer 3 weeks ago. It malfunctioned and Best Buy replaced it immediately. The machine operate quite differently than what I am used to. It uses very little water. This concerned me but the clothes get clean. The tub is huge - could accommodate a very large load. The rinse is a spray while spinning again very different but it seems to work. The spin cycle is about 20 minutes long which seems way too long. My biggest complaint is that the owners manual does not give adequate instructions on how to use the various features. I called LG but couldnt get my questions answered adequately.
