Discouraged and disappointed

I will write only the facts. This product experience has been disappointing and perplexing.
Bought a Bosch SHXM88Z75N dishwasher May 2021, seeing good reviews from a testing organization and reviews from two (2) relatives. Unfortunately, my experiences differ from the testing-organization's results and from relatives' experiences.
First load, results were as anticipated; interior and dishes were clean. Subsequent loads, dishes remain dirty and debris remains on the door interior. Auto or Normal cycles are used with nominal rinse aid and 1T detergent per owners'- manual directions followed. More detergent, less detergent and more rinse aid are all attempted with no changes; dishes and interior remain soiled. Filter is cleaned every two cycles.
Have owned this product for five (5) months purchased from a local dealer. Dealership website requires customer contact any corporation for warranty issues. Called Bosch customer after owning product for two (2) months.
First call, local servicer flatly told me to call Bosch again; they would not do warranty work without contact from Bosch. Bosch had given me WO #, but servicer refused to accept it from me, the customer. Called Bosch customer service again; second WO# got me the same result, but this came from the dealership service department. Unless customer paid for warranty service, no service would be performed.
Where do I go and what do I do? The dishwasher is as loud as the 11-year-old GE it replaced; I can hear this new dishwasher from two (2) rooms away from the kitchen no matter what is being washed--pots, pans or dishes only.
Picture shows the interior floor after an Auto cycle. Owner's manual was thoroughly followed, scraping debris into trash before placing inside washer.
Though it's difficult to show the debris because of the interior lighting reflections, in person, it's noticeable and disturbing.
