Nice but not reliable.

I purchased this diswasher late December 2020 from Best Buy. Delivered in early January. Had it professionally installed by a local, well respected, self employed appliance installer with 25+ years experience. I really like the design, ease of operation, and capacity but I especially lime that it is so quiet at 44 decibels.
The negative? Well, I am sad to say that early last month it began to stop its normal run cycle sporadically. The would stop on its own after about 15 min. I called the Bosch help line and a very courteous rep had me do a reset function on the control panel. This did not fix the problem. We tried running the wash cycle again and would initially restart the whole cycle when we noticed that it would stop but then we figured out that we could just press the start button and the cycle just resumed from where it left off. I then contacted a certified Bosch repair professional who determined that the door latch and or sensor may be defective. Also, the start button sticks and we need to jimmie it to pop back up again. Repair man came on Nov 12. He told me he ordered the parts And I confirmed with a phone call to Bosch. Unfortunately there is a global supply chain issue and 32 days later and we still have a problem. I came up with a temporary fix by wedging a chair up agaist the door so that it stays nice and shut tight. This however negates the use of the , auto-dry feature which I really also enjoyed when it worked. So overall a mice looking machine but since it only lasted less than one year when my prior Whirlpool dishwasher lasted 20 its a little difficult to justify the 900 dollars I spent on it. At this point I could not recommend this washer to anyone. I really would like to, however.
