Cleans well, but frustrating install, load, drying

Positives: Cleans very well, quietly, and controls are straightforward.
Challenges abound:
PIA to load!!! Too many oddly angled racks. Spacing between lower racks makes most of it useless for bowls or plates with some curvature. Advertising claims "can hold service for 14", but only if you have tiny little flat plates, no bowls, etc. Yes, I've looked at the how-to-load guidance, not really doable or useful. I've folded down the moveable racks, but still find myself re-loading/rearranging almost every time I add something to the load.
Specific issues:
Flatware racks hang very loosely on the siderails, have weird and unnecessary pattern for loading flatware (don't make me hunt!), are soaking wet after run.
Upper and lower racks feel insecure (cheap) as they roll out onto rails (upper) and door (lower).
Upper rack stemware holders have a sloppy latching mechanism. Tend to unlatch and fall easily, plus can't lift past horizontal (loading issue to get underneath them).
Power/Start buttons on front feel cheap.
Drying is generally poor, probably have to hand dry 1/3 of contents.
Runs hotter than my previous dishwasher…rapidly fading/removing silkscreen art from some glasses and mugs that did just fine before.
*Installation issues: No useful guidance on how/where to position rubber flaps on exterior…presumably behind the cabinet face to disguise gap between sides of machine and cabinet opening. Also, the machine-to-cabinet brackets for side mounting look like they have to penetrate the flaps, but no slot provided in flaps for brackets to pass through. (Or, if the flaps are really supposed to be on the outside, how the heck do you get at the brackets to attach them to cabinet?). I wound up having to use a metal under-counter bracket and figure out how to attach brackets to top of machine.
