Nice unit, but has flaws

Purchased this online, sight unseen, as the local store didn't have this model on the floor. I knew that it was a new model for Bosch, but thought it wouldn't master as they have been doing this for a long time. It seems that some things were overlooked by the design team.
THE GOOD. It's a gorgeous unit. The black stainless is unique and pleasing to the eye. Lots of shelving modification for the fridge, a compact ice maker, and loads of different functions/settings (most if which will never get utilized by our family). The freezer has nice compartments to help organize things the way I like as well.
THE BAD. The door bins in the fridge on the side where the ice dispenser is are odd. Some shelves are so skinny you have to fight to get a package of cream cheese in/out of. Other shelves have varying heights on the front, making the things stored in these locations prone to tipping out of the shelf if the door is opened too quickly. I realize that the ice dispenser hinders this shelf design some, but the way it turned out just doesn't make sense to me? The drawers are flimsy plastic and have a warp to them (slightly concave) and don't sit fully closed. I'm not sure how well the humidity controls on these drawers work when there is an air gap in them? You can't open the left drawer without opening both of the fridge doors. The large deli drawer at the bottom is so shallow that you have to squeeze even narrow items in there, and there is a bump out in the middle (where the air goes into the freezer below) which makes the drawer even less usable as it isn't a flat surface all the way across.
OVERALL it is a nice unit. When you take into consideration the price tag (this is a lower model for Bosch that still carries a premium price for a fridge), the build quality, and the functionality of the storage compartments, this one missed the mark.
